Tips to get long, strong and healthy hair

 

Most of us dream of having the type of hair we see on shampoo commercials but with our ever-busy lifestyles, who has the time to spend hours and hours on hair care? We also put many styling products and other chemicals on our hair without thinking much about the health of our locks. But these easy remedies will help you get long, silky, flowing hair without the hassle.

 

Trim your hair every 6 – 8 weeks

While it might seem weird to trim your hair while you are growing it out, you want to cut the dead ends off. In fact, it’s essential when you’re learning how to make your hair grow faster. Yes, hair does grow from your roots and trimming your split ends isn’t a way to make your hair grow, per se. But if you don’t take care of split ends, it could result in breakage and unhealthy hair. Trimming 1/4th of an inch of your hair every 6-8 weeks is very healthy for your hair! You have to get rid of the dead ends or you’ll pay for it in the long run. Just crack open a few eggs, strain out the yolks, and make an egg white mask for your hair. Your hair will look ten times healthier instantly and will feel a lot stronger as well - which, ultimately, will allow your hair to grow faster! It may sound gross, but it works great. Brush your hair with care

This doesn’t mean over-brushing your hair though. We aren’t Marcia Brady who brushed her blond hair 100 times every night. Brushing the hair once or twice in the morning and once or twice at night will stimulate the circulation in your scalp,feeding the hair follicles and ensuring undisturbed hair growth. However, when your hair is wet, never brush it. That causes severe breakage, which ultimately foils hair growth.
