13 January 2020 10:57 am Words : Mandulee Mendis Photos : Nirmala Dhananjaya Celebrating the companionship of Sri Lanka and Thailand, the National Day of Thailand was celebrated in Sri Lanka grandly. It was organized by the Embassy of Thailand in Sri Lanka. The also marked the the birthday of the day late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, as well as Thailand’s Father' Day. The event was held at the Shangri-La Hotel Colombo. Many dignitaries and special invitees from various fields participated at the reception. This day of utmost importance, the National Day of Thailand was graced by the mbassador of Thailand H.E. Chulamanee Chartsuwan and Vichai Chartsuwan.
