Sujeewa Senasinghe Women’s Empowerment Foundation celebrates International Women’s Day

9 May 2019 09:58 am Words : Indika Madapatha Sellahewa Photos : Rushiru Tharanga The Kaduwela section of the Sujeewa Senasinghe Women’s Empowerment Foundation, brainchild of Minister Sujeewa Senasinghe and managed by Chairperson Manoji Wadugodapitiya, celebrated International Women’s Day this year with handing over free sewing kit parcels to over 400 Women from the Kaduwela district. Distinguished guests at the event included Non Cabinet Minister of Science, Technology and Research, Hon. Sujeewa Senasinghe and Mayor of Colombo, Her Worship Rosy Senanayake.
