(Short term) Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a form of therapy that focuses on your development as a person. You look at your present thoughts, feelings and needs but also at experiences from your past.

Amongst those there could be (painful) experiences that you have been (unconsciously) suppressing for a long time, and they can cause you to function not adequately in your daily life. Together with your therapist you start searching, by means of therapy sessions, for the root causes of your psychological problems and try to emotionally process and integrate them in your present personality.
