( Double Boil )
Method
Sieve the flour and baking powder together, mix flour and butter together manually or with blender. Mix the banana and sugar in a blender. Add eggs into the banana, mix and blend. Add the flour mixture, vanilla and milk into the blender and mix well, finally add the chocolate and mix. Apply butter on a cake tray 7” inch diameter round or square, line the bottom of the tray with oil paper and pour the mixture into the tray; cover the top with foil. Heat a steamer and place the cake tray and steam for one hour. Pour the chocolate sauce over the steamed dessert.

Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg yolks and sugar together, warm the milk, and add egg yolk mixture and Nescafe; make a custard. Beat the egg whites stiffly, beat whipping cream, double boil and melt chocolate with quarter cup of water. Add all three items into cool custard and mix well. Add vanilla and brandy. Pour into individual glasses and allow to set.
