Spicy Fish with Yoghurt and Cauliflour Puree
Ingredients:
400 gr Seer Fish Slices
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Pepper
1 tbs Lemon Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tbs Yoghurt
2 tbs Dill Leaves Chopped.
Method:
Marinate the fish with above ingredients, pour two tablespoons oil over and set a side for 30 minutes. Heat a grilling pan with little oil and slow fry on both sides.
Cauliflower Puree –
250 g Cauliflower Boiled
200 g Potatoes boiled
2 tbs Yoghurt
¼ tsb Salt
¼ tsb Pepper
3 tbs Dill Chopped
Method:
Mash the cauliflower and potatoes together, add pepper, salt and Yoghurt. Add chopped dill and serve on to a plate the puree and lay the fish over.
Grilled Fish with Cous Cous
Ingredients:
500 gr Fish Fillet or Slices
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 tbs Lime Juice
1 tsb Kashmir Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbs Dill Leaves
4 tbs Oil
Method 1:
In a bowl mix lime juice, salt pepper, chilli powder, turmeric, dill leaves and oil together, rub the mixture over the fish and set a side for 30 minutes. Heat a grilling pan, spray oil and grill the fish on both sides, take off the pan.
Ingredients:
½ cup Cous Cous
1 cup Stock
1tbs Butter
½ tsp Salt
100 g Spinach Chopped
2 Tomatoes
1 Capsicum
Method 2:
In to a bowl add cous cous, salt, butter and boiling stock, cover and set a side for 15 minutes. Open the lid and mix with a fork, add spinach, tomatoes and capsicums. Mix well and serve on to a plate and lay the grilled fish on top.
