Every bride wants to look the best on their special day. But each bride faces much dilemma when it comes to choosing their outfit. Yet most often than not we follow trends rather than choosing what fits best for us. Therefore to avoid disappointment, Yasisurie Kiribandara, the creative powerhouse behind Yasisurie Bride shares a few tips that may help you to choose wise. As a couture bridal designer Yasisurie Bride has something for every bride to fulfil her dream, on her special day.
The Do’s
DO start early
A delayed start is the worst decision when choosing a bridal. It is wise to start one year to six months in advance. We sometimes have brides that have already confirmed two years in advance. More time allows the designer and team to work closely with the bride, listening to her needs. It also gives the bride the freedom to reschedule an appointment if something arises and not worry about the timelines.
DO ask a lot of questions when choosing a design
You have the right to ask and know because it’s your outfit. As long as you are polite always communicate your thoughts on each step so your designer/shop knows how you feel. This works as long as your requests are not unreasonable. Give them enough time ahead to make the changes as long as it sits within what you agreed upon. Try to refrain from changing things last minute as it will stress the team out and chances are your bridal will suffer in terms of quality. Something amazing takes time to create.
