Meet Anjalika Wijesinghe, an esteemed Corporate Trainer and Directress celebrated for her exceptional contributions to education and corporate excellence. With over 24 years of experience, she has trained extensively in customer service and business protocol, shaping elite organizations across Sri Lanka. She is also the Principal/ Directress of Wiz Kidz International, Kiribathgoda. Recently honored at the Asia Miracle Awards, she received accolades including the Asia Miracle Award for Best Education Coaching for 2024, Miracle of Asia Service Excellence Certificate, Miracle of Asia Honorary Title Certificate, and the Miracle of Asia Medal in recognition of her profound impact in education coaching. A dedicated wife and mother of three daughters, she balances her professional achievements with a passion for social work, embodying resilience and inspiring others through her multifaceted career journey.

Would you like to introduce yourself to our readers in brief?

I am a Corporate Trainer and Directress with over 24 years of experience in grooming and nurturing employees to better understand themselves and their customers. My work includes training staff in service organizations to ensure effective, efficient, and courteous client interactions. I have trained in elite organizations such as Premium Five Star Hotels, Multinationals, and Blue Chip Companies in Sri Lanka. Additionally, I am the Directress and Principal of Wiz Kidz International Montessori in Kiribathgoda, established in 2000, providing early education with international standards. I completed my primary education at Bishop’s College and secondary at Stafford International. I hold multiple diplomas, including from the University of Cambridge, and am a Certified Teacher for English. I earned an MBA specializing in Human Resources from the University of Leicester, UK. Recognized as an Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation, I am passionate about social work and have been involved in numerous CSR activities and organizations. I was also a member of the Zonta Club 1 of Colombo and was a Coordinator of International Relations for the World Fellowship of Buddhist Women.
