If there is anything that the pandemic taught us, it is that we have to adapt to changing ways of life. The internet of things finally got the attention it deserved. As the ‘new normal’ dawned it gave space for new visions and innovations to bloom- specifically online learning and virtual schools. Online learning is the next big thing in shaping young minds. Long before most of us realized these six qualified individuals have embarked on a joint venture to bring their strengths to one table to steer the system in the right direction. Footsteps Preschool now has students joining virtually from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Maldives, Singapore, India and different cities in Sri Lanka. All of this is made a reality by a group of women who came together to explore an apt way to change the traditional education system. Along the way they are empowering women to take risks to make the right changes. Lanka Woman met three of the visionary minds who shared their experience with us.
