A young and vibrant personality passionate about her vision to elevate students to their maximum capacities. Proving leadership skills she gained from her Alma Mater Methodist College as Head Prefect, she has come a long way to become a Lecturer, Consultant and Course Director of the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management degree at National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) and received her professional training from University Technology, Malaysia (UTM), Renmin University, China, Coventry University, UK and The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Sri Lanka.
She is also a consultant to National Institute of Plantation Management, Sri Lanka Electricity Board, Ministry of Vocational Training, The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Sri Lanka as Project Resource Person for Skill Certification Project of NIBM initiated by UNIDO and engages in initiating degree programmes, setting up examination papers and developing KPI systems for these organisations. Her competencies don't end there as she is also the winner of a gold medal in an international conference awarded for the Best Oral Presentation for “Industrial Organization and Policy” at the 3rd International Conference on Economics and Development organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) in Bangkok, Thailand and is armed with a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Bangalore India which was a full scholarship awarded to her by the University of Bangalore.
