Dr. Perera is a Management Consultant to both private and public sector. She is also a corporate trainer and a certified coach and a mentor by International Authority for Professional Coaches and Mentors. She has over 20 years of work experience in the orporate sector. She holds a Ph.D in Management that specializes in Tourism and Business Management from Management and Science University (Malaysia) and a Master of Business Administration, International (Australia). Dr. Perera was also the Director of Medical Tourism Lanka Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka. Her expertise spreads across the fields of tourism management, tourism planning, human resource management, marketing management and professional coaching and mentoring. She shared her experience and future plans with the Lanka Woman.
