Based in Mumbai and with 20 years of hospitality experience spanning across multiple countries and various Marriott International brands, Neeraj Govil carries himself with a stride that denotes himself as a confident hotelier. He is responsible for strategic leadership and focus on establishing brand positioning and expanding effective market share of Marriott International brand portfolio in South Asia. In his current role, and as part of the core Asia Pacific leadership team of Marriott International, Govil is responsible for creating and executing a strategic road map that focuses on establishing brand positioning and effectively expanding market share of Marriott Hotels in South Asia which includes India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal. The portfolio includes managed and franchised operations spanning 15 brands over 40 locations and 123 hotels with a total inventory of over 23,000 hotel rooms.
