A woman who has succeeded against all odds, and manages to keep the family and work balance healthy and agile, while achieving goals. After completing her higher education at the Sydney Designer College in Australia, Tanya returned home to venture into a designing career and start a family. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of SenVin Collection, where they design and manufacture garments for department stores in Sri Lanka as well as overseas. Specialising in the production of 100% cotton Polo, crew neck and v-neck t-shirts along with cotton shorts for gents ladies and kids, her company undertakes everything from the point of receiving the order to the final dispatching of the products to local and international clients. A mother of three, and with a husband who fully supports her, Tanya has reaped the fruits of success through hard work and sheer dedication. The only thing Tanya advises to be afraid of is, not trying. She believes that trying and failing at something is a step in the process of learning and ultimately, succeeding.
