Oaken Splendour 2014

1 October 2014 10:07 am The past pupils association (PPA) of Holy Family Convent Colombo 4 held their dinner dance titled Oaken Splendour at the Colombo Hilton on 27th September 2014. Clifford Richards was the MC for the night and the popular Nalin and the star combination sang the school anthem in order to start off the proceedings. President of the PPA Dilrukshi Sukumar in her welcome address stated that the association celebrates 80 years of existence this year. Gypsies with Sunil and Piyal and Nalin and his troupe kept the audience in full swing right throughout the night to the wee hours of the morning which ended with a scrumptious breakfast and hot cup of coffee/tea. The Ballroom of the Hilton was packed with many familians and well wishers.
