You hold several degrees and qualifications. How has this extensive education shaped your approach to teaching and leadership?
My diverse educational background has been invaluable. It has equipped me with various perspectives on teaching and learning, allowing me to adapt my methods to suit different contexts. My studies have emphasised the importance of continuous professional development, which I firmly believe is crucial for educators. I strive to apply these principles in my work, whether training teachers or leading educational initiatives.
